ShareJob description - Load Milk and stage to support a drop and hook operation or deliver directly per assignment - Acquire Milk Loaders and Graders license (company will pay for the license and provide training) - Load milk tankers following Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (PMO) guidelines - Follow a daily loading plan and maintain accuracy - Keep milk loading area clean according to Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (PMO) - Sanitize and clean the milk loading equipment per Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (PMO) guidelines - Prepare delivery manifests and farm tags for the loads that were loaded - Work closely with the Dairy management to help manage the milk barn - Work closely with the OWMT management to quality control loading process - Reginal OTR - Additional duties maybe assigned as needed Dairy address: 5999-5803 SE Bansen Ln, Dayton, OR 97114 (FOB yard) - Live near the dairy or in the area (preferred but not necessary) - Must have a class A CDL with a Tanker Endorsement - Milk Loader and Graders license (preferred) - Commercial Driving: 2 years (preferred) or 168 hours Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $23.00 per hour + OT(1.5) (while Loader training); $23.50 + OT(1.5)(After acquiring Loader’s license) Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Vision insurance • Paid time off • Bonus pay • Referral program
