As a mechanic, you will be responsible for performing maintenance services, diagnostics, inspections and repairs on a variety of equipment and vehicles in support of our daily operations. Essential Duties - Perform routine and scheduled maintenance services, such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and machinery. - Adjust brakes, tighten bolts and screws, and reassemble equipment. - Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings, and other important parts to ensure they are in proper operating condition. - Use hand-tools, such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, pressure gauges, or precision instruments, as well as power tools, such as pneumatic wrenches. - Perform janitorial services for building. - Assist customers with vehicle releases. - Deliver equipment, parts, or tools to various worksites upon request. - Perform other duties as assigned.
