ShareImmediate opening for a Mature Driver/ Warehouse Associate, deliveries and merchandise pick up in Broward /Dade/ and WPB counties to businesses and forwarders. NOT LOOKING FOR OTR DRIVERS. Must have knowledge of areas listed for efficient deliveries. Show up on time and willing to work. Using company Pick up truck with lift gate, Small transit van and or 14 foot Box Truck with lift gate. Can lift 70 lbs. Back brace support belt supplied. The Driver/ Warehouse associate will assist in pulling orders, check that orders are correct before securely loading and checking for accuracy and match quantities and item numbers to invoice at time of delivery to customer. Collect payments from customers at delivery, utilize a fictitious money ink pen when receiving cash, Call in regarding any returns from customers, count and document any returns. Must call in at least 4 times a day for any instructions for other deliveries or pick ups. Know how to safely operate a fork lift to load and off load shipments coming in and going out. Maintain company vehicles you operate by checking oil, air in tires and all fluid levels. Treat our vehicles like you would your vehicle. Driver/ Warehouse associate will assist with organizing, help with stocking the shelves, organizing shelves receiving merchandise, cleaning up and organizing the warehouse when there are no deliveries. Must have a clean driving record and transportation to work Competitive pay. Direct deposit. Paid Personal days and Holidays after 90 days.
