A Machine Operator ensures that the final product complies with the company's quality standards which includes the reliability, usability and performance of the product. In general, these detail-oriented professionals are responsible for using tools to perform hourly checks to ensure quality standards are met and the equipment is running properly. KEY RESPONSIBILITES: Safety: maintain a safe work environment through training, adherence to policies and housekeeping. Carry out production, inspection, packaging and machine operation duties Effectively monitor production equipment Make adjustments to machinery when necessary to improve performance and quality Troubleshoot issues and perform routine maintenance on equipment Perform quality control checks, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor Minimum 18 years of age. Responsibilities Set up and operate sound equipment for live events, including microphones, PA systems Collaborate with the Technical Director and event organizers to understand sound requirements and objectives Monitors audio levels throughout event to ensure optimal sound quality Perform sound checks and calibrate audio equipment prior to events Troubleshoot and resolve any audio issues that arise during events Tie-in event FOH or DJ to our audio console and monitor levels throughout the events. Tweak mic EQs, build monitor mixes, and ring out speakers to optimize audio quality and prevent feedback. Maintain and manage sound equipment, including regular inspections and repairs Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in live sound operation.
