CDL-A 3 MONTH OTR EXP .72 CPM TEAM (Reno)

Seeking 1 team contract driver available week of Sept 15th for travel and start orientation on 22nd. ( as long as nevada DMV fixes their system in that time frame) $600 transition bonus on first settlement and $100 given once confirmed you are in transit to orientation. $50 paid once recruitment confirms your approval, and you signed the intention to start agreement. Pay for less than 1 year exp. .72 cpm plus a .02 cpm quarterly retention bonus. After 90 days, you may opt to be placed on percentage pay. (You can go back to cpm if you find it a better fit or just feel rates aren't consistent enough for you) Percentage pay avg .72 to .82 take home cpm with potential for even hire earnings with fuel efficiency. CPM pay option guarantee pay incentive. $600 minimum pay guarantee for first 90 days than $1200 after. (Excluded on percentage pay option) Experienced drivers 1 year + All pay structures are the same, but you may opt in to percentage pay from day one. This is a contractor position, so home time is up to you. No deductions for % pay if you put in a 14-day notice for extended home time. Our customer does request that we are available 3 to 4 weeks, and we would ideally prefer you be willing to run up to 6 weeks, particularly in winter months, as shutdowns and delays are highly likely. A bonus for home time may be offered if you do run 6+ weeks. If in reno area you can meat up with driver. Possibly go do some stuff to make sure you guys can live with each other as a team.
