General Requirements: • Lift large pieces of material and cabinets / 20 – 60 lbs. • Read and Understand Tape Measure • Identify types of wood used, learn properties of each. • Understand use of equipment and its application to the job. • Understand product application processes (ie; paint, stain, clearcoat, etc) Maintain Finish Room in neat and orderly fashion, including Filters. • Maintain Finish and Mixing Equipment, keep clean and functional. • Learn properties of stain mixing and tinting. • Contribute to the team; meeting quality and delivery goals. • Work Safely, Work Smart, and Be Aware. • Come to work as expected: on time, focused, and ready. Processes: • Prep surfaces for each finish application: sanding filling, etc. • Masking – prep pieces for finish application. • Applying primer, paint, stain applications. • May be asked to assist in final assembly and delivery to customer. Equipment: • Gravity and Pressure Pot • Finish Room: Fan, Air Exchange Unit, Heater • Mixing Station Full Time: 5am – 4pm Mon – Thurs. Friday may be occasionally required.

Position: Shipping Supervisor Location: Olds Station The Shipping Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating all shipping activities, including employee supervision, order accuracy, food safety compliance, and communication with production, sales, and quality control teams. Qualifications & Responsibilities: Must be reliable with good attendance and punctuality. Ability to work up to 6 days per week and up to 12 hours per day; 7 days per week during Cherry Season. Direct and oversee employees including forklift operators and grounds personnel. Responsible for hiring, orientation, and training of new employees. Enforce Food Safety, Safety, CTPAT Security, and Company policies. Maintain a clean and safe work environment through team communication. Ensure compliance with PPE requirements (safety glasses, reflective vest, etc.). Communicate thoroughly with production, quality control, and sales departments. Must be able to read and write in English; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills with all employee levels. Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word; AS400 knowledge a plus. Ability to work professionally with others and as part of a team. Willing to cross-train in other duties. Complete export and domestic shipping forms accurately and on time. (Will train) Monitor attendance and manage daily employee time records. Willingness to take First Aid and BBP training. Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and perform well under pressure. Must provide guidance and structure to the team while being a strong team player.
