Knowledge of wines and spirits - willing to educate the right candidates.  ·  Passion for learning this industry, wine regions, spirits, and general small business management ·  Assist with maintaining wine and spirits list for the store ·  Ability to create enticing product descriptions for online and instore marketing 2. Customer service  ·  Excellent at helping customers with in-store sales and noting feedback in their accounts and within-store reports ·  Remote sales over the phone and through our e-commerce site ·  Putting deliveries together from delivery sites  3. Inventory ·  Receiving and storing deliveries  ·  Reconciling delivery and inventory reports weekly ·  Proactive restocking of products - you must be able to lift 30 pounds repeatedly and walk up and down stairs. ·  Work with the team to accurately maintain wine and spirits inventory ·  Provide feedback on stock to repurchase, stock to be discounted, and stock to be discontinued 4. Spirits/Wine Tastings and In-store events ·  Ensuring widespread public reach of events notices via online and in-store marketing ·  Assisting wine merchant representatives during the tastings ·  Assisting customers with purchases ·  Maximizing sales opportunities through recommendations and follow up 5. General store maintenance and cellar work. · Remove trash, dust, and mop floors and other cleaning duties as necessary.  ·  Maintaining cellar organization

Solo tax attorney with LL.M. in a mature practice located in Manhattan specializing in international tax, tax controversy resolution and trusts/estates seeks attorney and/or accountant with approximately 5-7+ years’ experience in tax and/or trusts and estates for long term affiliation. Should currently want to be a solo or in a small to mid-size firm like mine for the long term. My practice has support staff, Bloomberg tax, Lexis legal and CCH tax subscriptions. For an accountant, the primary area is our tax preparation work, which is part growing repeat annual clients and part large, urgent projects of amended or unfiled returns that need to be prepared in batches, from situations such as voluntary disclosures and divorce-related prior tax exposure resolution matters. An attorney can also work on tax return preparation if interested in doing so. Required: 1-Must be admitted to NY Bar and/or as NY CPA 2-Must have decent experience in handling some aspects of tax preparation, tax advisory, tax controversy or trusts/estates. 3-This is not an associate position. Must be able to support your needs with additional work, and have capacity to assist my firm as needed. A strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit is important for this long-term mutual relationship. There will be a significant quantity of desirable ongoing referrals of a growing amount of overflow work to handle yourself in the area(s) in which you are comfortable and able to handle on your own. Separately, 70-85% of realized revenue from your work under my firm name from time to time will be shared with you. Preferred that you eventually rent your room from my current office landlord. This is not a fully remote opportunity as my goal is to develop a collaborative business relationship, in addition to a stream of referrals to you to supplement your own work flow.
