Taylor Management is looking for an experienced and driven Community Property Manager to lead the operations of one of our residential communities. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of property management, including overseeing staff, enhancing resident satisfaction, managing budgets, and ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards. Your effective leadership and strong communication skills will be vital in fostering a positive community environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the community, including maintenance, landscaping, and resident services. Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, addressing concerns and fostering a positive community atmosphere. Manage financial operations including budgeting, rent collection, and expense management. Conduct regular property inspections and implement necessary improvements. Supervise and train on-site staff and vendors to ensure exceptional service delivery. Requirements Requirements: 3+ years of experience in property management, preferably in a residential setting. Strong knowledge of property management regulations and best practices. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reports effectively. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as necessary.
