Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the community, including maintenance, landscaping, and resident services. Manage financial operations including budgeting, rent collection, and expense management. Conduct regular property inspections and implement necessary improvements. Supervise and train on-site staff and vendors to ensure exceptional service delivery. Requirements Requirements: 3+ years of experience in property management, preferably in a residential setting. Strong knowledge of property management regulations and best practices. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reports effectively. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as necessary.
