1961 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sprint Project -- Reduced - $19,900 (Hesperia)

Description

I finally decided to sell my Giulietta Sprint project. Life has kept me too busy so I need to pass it along. When I bought this Alfa about 20 years ago it was white. I thought it would be best in its original red. After one delay after another, and being bounced around from one shop to another, and having to put the project on hold a few times for one reason or another, the repaint in its original red was finally completed about 2 or 3 years ago. It has been stored indoors since. The engine ran strong prior to restoration, with the original 4 speed shifting well. The engine has a downdraft Weber and Redline Air filter unit. I believe an original type carburetor and air filter box are also with the parts. The ID plate reads... Giulietta 10105 Autotelaio 1493 21410 Motore AR 1315 Engine block is stamped AR00102 30874 Unfortunately, as the car got passed around from shop to shop over the years some parts went missing. For example, I can’t find the door panels (although there are aftermarket sources for them), and I'd guess other items are missing too. Brightwork was replated but it’s been perhaps 20 years with some of those pieces still wrapped, but others have lost their wrapping and are no longer in perfect condition. The great news is that no costly and time-consuming body/paint work is needed, it's ready to be assembled. Perfect opportunity for an Alfa fan with some assembly skills to skip all the dirty body/paint work and save a lot of time and money in that regard. The car is a roller and easy to move around. The car and associated parts are stored in a shipping container in the high desert town Hesperia, CA. The engine and transmission are stored at the Alfa Performance Connection in Orange, CA. See this link for many more photos and a video of the engine running. https://1drv.ms/f/c/ecad48c7dace35e6/EqlF4Gd4t4lPhSuGvprKfOAB2iwR0Xj33KMHT4fqCHYwlg?e=lzyoMD I have an Oregon title for the car. Let me know if you have questions. Thanks!
