Position Overview The Project Engineer is a critical component of the project team that works together to manage a construction project. This position is for December 2025 graduates looking to begin working in January 2026, upon their graduation. Strong written and oral communication skills are required. Experience with computer applications for spreadsheets, word processing and scheduling is preferred. 4-year degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture or Business is required. Applicants must have 5 years of experience in all facets of building exterior envelope, weatherproofing, masonry repair, historic preservation, landmarks, and roofing projects. Ability to work remotely (from home) and independently. Capable to perform visual inspections of exterior facades (from scaffolds and fire escapes) and preparation of the inspection reports including FISP/LL11 reports Ability to inspect and identify deterioration of the various types of the exterior facades Ability to produce a full set of facade repair drawings, details, bid forms, and specifications Construction Administration, including review of the AIA payment applications and change orders Capable of managing multiple projects at the same time Track the construction schedule and budget Proficiency in AutoCAD, Word, Excel Scaffold certification and OSHA 10 hour certification are preferred, otherwise must complete within three months from the date of hire, fees are covered by the Company Salary depends on qualifications and experience - $65,000 - $100,000

An immediate position is open for a Project Administrator at an established HVAC company in Brooklyn NY. Duties and preferred requirements: Oversee HVAC projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate and schedule work with general contractors and/or customers. Attend meetings on site. Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, vendors, suppliers, employees and other sub-contractors on job sites. Oversee work progression by piping and sheet metal mechanics to ensure scheduled completion of job is on track. Ascertain and coordinate job site requirements with regards to equipment, tools, material and labor with the Engineer. Communicate and resolve with management any issues occurring at job sites. Prepare, release and track purchase orders for equipment and material for job sites. Ensure equipment and material deliveries are accurate and complete. Schedule delivery of equipment to job sites and oversee installation. Take field measurements, report on variances and make any adjustments needed. Submit and track submittals and change orders. Create and track RFIs. Prepare and submit close out documents as requested by customers. Must have excellent communication skills. Must be able to read CAD drawings. CAD drafting experience a PLUS. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and in a timely manner. Able to work in a fast paced, challenging environment supervised or independently. Must be dependable and detail oriented. Processes owner billings and project related accounting issues. Requirements B.S. in Construction Management, Mechanical, Industrial or Civil Engineering, or a degree related to the built environment is required. 1-3 years on the job experience as a project coordinator, project engineer or project manager is preferred.
