Work closely with on-air talent, producers, and other team members to ensure smooth programming. Perform other duties as required, including some Saturday shifts. Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience as a board operator or in a similar role within the radio or broadcast industry. Strong technical knowledge of radio broadcast equipment, software, and systems. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a remote team. Ability to work under pressure and troubleshoot technical issues quickly. Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules, with availability for occasional Saturday shifts.
