We are a group that fosters an atmosphere of collaboration and teamwork.   The Project Manager will manage a variety of projects and manage the project team.  Projects may vary between private and public owners, as well as a variety of delivery methods such as lump sum, negotiated and design build work.  Assigned Responsibilities: Represent and demonstrate the values of F.H. Paschen: tenacity, versatility, ingenuity and pride. Responsible for the management of the entire project, including scheduling, purchasing, quality and safety. Ability to participate in preconstruction services, including estimating and value engineering Supervisory responsibility for Project Engineer(s), Assistant Project Manager(s), and Construction Intern assigned to contract(s) and/or work orders Collaborate with other Project Manager(s) to find alternative solutions Collaborate and monitor Superintendent(s) performance on contracts and/or work orders Review and approve Assistant Project Manager proposals Negotiate financial disputes and change orders with owners Point of contact for project management staff, architects, subcontractors, owners, engineers and more Understand details of project scope of work Create and maintain project cost reports Document and negotiate changes that may affect project completion or contract costs with subcontractors and owners Develop field quality assurance and quality control plan with Superintendent Collaboration of project safety plan with Superintendent(s) Responsible for managing MBE/WBE subcontracting requirements Responsible for EEO/Affirmative action contract requirements Other duties as assigned Requirements BS in Construction Management or Engineering and / or 6-10 years of construction experience. Ability to manage multiple projects and personnel simultaneously. Knowledge of construction, design, cost reporting and cash flow management. Screen printing/screen making facility located in Santa Rosa (north bay) is looking for a local, RELIABLE, and motivated individual to become one of our shop's press operator and general helper. Experience in screen printing in general is A MUST. However, we are willing to train will the right candidate as long as that person has an understanding of screen printing and some hands on experience in the field, a good disposition, is a quick learner, and is here everyday ready to work. Note that is a manufacturing place with deadlines & production goals to meet, not a space to start a hobby or hang out. Be advised that this is a full time on site position. Skills needed: Actually Showing up, being on time, and following a set job schedule Willingness & ability to learn all aspects of screen printing, pad printing, and screen making. Willing to take on different tasks/constant changes in work flow as needed to keep production moving Must be able to lift 50 lbs & reach/bend down Must be ok working with solvents, inks, pressure washers and an overall noisy manufacturing environment. Must be able to stand and walk for most of the work day Full command of the English language both written and spoken is a must. Must be able to perform basic math equations & conversions including using a measuring tape and rulers properly. Must be able to read, understand, and execute written and verbal instructions properly but more importantly able to ASK questions when in doubt. Must have reliable transportation to and from work(We are located very close to the freeway exit). Must show up and be on time everyday ready for work. Assigned Responsibilities: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, promoting a safe working environment on the construction site. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards and assist with field supervision. Assist in developing comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Manage all project documentation, including submittals, requests for information, contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Manage the procurement process, including obtaining quotes, negotiating contracts, tracking long lead deliverables, and building relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. Utilize project management software to track project metrics, update project status, and facilitate communication within the project team. Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing issues in a timely manner to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals. Support the resolution of construction-related issues, conflicts, and changes in scope, including the submittal and negotiation of contract changes/proposals with subcontractors and/or the owner. Provide support to the project manager in coordinating and leading project meetings. Additional duties as assigned.  Requirements B.S Construction Management / Engineering and / or 3-5 years general construction experience required.  Proven understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and building codes. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently, take initiative, solve problems, and make decisions in a dynamic construction environment. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and collaborate with team members. Travel to project sites may be required.
