The eCommerce Associate Creative Director is responsible for the creative direction and execution for one of Industrial Color’s largest ecom production clients. In this role, the ACD will handle all aspects of the ecom creative process, and ensure that the output of work on this account is continually meeting the client’s expectations, creative guidelines and quality. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in on set art direction. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and mentor a team of in house creatives, including art directors, photographers and stylists. Ensure resources are properly allocated to the shoot schedule and various project needs. Foster individual and team growth to continually meet client expectations and growing needs of the account. Oversee all creative initiatives including casting, special projects, lighting testing, video, from initial kick off through to execution. Partner with the client to determine how to best represent the wide array of products and multiple brand identities that exist within this account. Recruit and cultivate a team of freelance creatives - be able to provide clear feedback and direction and onboard new team members accordingly. Act as liaison between in house creative team and client; ultimately responsible for the success of the entire creative for this account. Act as on set art director for this account, shooting daily for the sub-brands within this account (Womens, Mens, Kids, Tabletop, etc). Ensure consistency across imagery when required, and alignment to client’s creative guides, while meeting productivity for each shoot day. Continuously review and assess the output of work from the team, identifying areas for further improvement and refinement. Keep up with ecom trends and best practices, and continually brainstorm ways to elevate the creative and streamline the creative process. Participate in the testing of new creative initiatives and approaches that can help enhance the output of images and overall productivity of the account. Requirements 10+ years of experience as an on set Art Director / Creative Director, with direct experience in ecommerce production (specifically on model photography). Ability to concept and execute against a brand’s vision and lead an on set team / crew. A strong understanding of photography, styling and design. Strong decision making ability and an understanding of when to pivot and try a new approach. Excellent oral, presentation and written communication skills. Possess an inspiring work ethic with the ability to drive themselves to an extreme level of quality, detail and performance. A team player with strong collaborative skills with the ability to work with a diverse group/people. Enthusiastic, positive energy and able to work well under pressure. Key Areas of Responsibility ● Assist with the load in operation, and load out of audio, video, and lighting equipment for all gatherings and events. ● Support production needs across all venues and spaces, including the auditorium, overflow rooms, and lobbies. ● Prepare stage elements, including microphones, monitors, cables, and speakers. ● Assist with operating or shadowing AVL positions during services, including running ProPresenter, camera operation, audio, lighting, and video switching. ● Maintain an organized, clean, and safe production environment. ● Drive a production truck to and from all venues. ● Serve alongside and support volunteer production teams during gatherings. ● Help track, store, inventory, and maintain production gear. ● Support troubleshooting and minor repairs on equipment, escalating larger issues to the Production Manager. ● Help prepare spaces and equipment for volunteer arrival and assist in training as requested. ● Participate in Production Team meetings, rehearsals, and training sessions. ● Schedule load in and load out volunteers and maintain updated training materials. ● Assist with production tasks for special events (prayer nights, worship nights, conferences, etc.). ● Perform basic system checks, firmware updates, or replacements during the week. ● Organize and prep gear for Sunday load-in, including labeling, testing, and packing equipment. ● Assist in resetting or maintaining storage spaces to ensure quick, efficient Sunday setups. ● Help prepare production run sheets, diagrams, stage plots, and checklists. ● Support volunteer communication and scheduling by preparing resources or sending reminders. ● Support other administrative and production projects as assigned by the TD. ● Perform other duties as assigned Requirements A Christian in submission to the authority of the Scriptures and the Holy Spirit, as evident in lifestyle. The Receiving Associate is responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming shipments of materials, components, and equipment used in drone manufacturing and distribution. This role ensures inventory accuracy, proper storage, and timely communication with purchasing, quality control, and production teams. Key Responsibilities Receive and unload incoming shipments of fully built drones, raw materials, drone components, tools, and supplies. Print PO from VMS system, verify shipments against purchase orders, packing lists, and invoices to ensure accuracy of quantity and description. Inspect incoming goods for visible damage, defects, or discrepancies and report issues to the appropriate department. Sort and separate received shipment, place parts in plastic bins and properly label them. Process DHL shipments according to SOP include attaching physical label from the shipping box to the correct PO. Properly label and route materials to designated storage areas within the warehouse. Physical transport and stock materials and parts in correct locations in accordance with the PO Work with team members to ensure that sensitive electronic and drone parts meet company standards. Maintain accurate receiving and inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS). Discrepancies WAV (work assist vehicle), pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment safely. Comply with all safety procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements (including ESD handling procedures for electronic components). Collaborate with purchasing, pick and pack shipping teams to resolve receiving discrepancies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics or warehouse operations preferred. 1–2 years of experience in receiving, warehouse, or inventory management (manufacturing or drone industry experience a plus). Basic knowledge of supply chain and warehouse operations. Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office. Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and operate warehouse equipment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
