Quality checks done by weight, measurement, and visual Document results and tests accurately and timely Communicate quality variances to management Monitor processes to ensure compliance with the quality system Operate testing equipment such as pH meter, balance, vacuum test equipment, etc. Ensure identification and trace-ability of material on the production line - What comes next? Requirements Ability to move from department to department in a manufacturing environment, meeting and communicating with machine operators on corrective actions. High school diploma or GED The ideal candidate will have at least 3-6 months experience in a similar role Requires a strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task Ability to write and document results of quality inspections. Ability to communicate problems and solutions. Ability to learn basic spreadsheet and word processing software programs Ability to calculate simple math problem using the metric system Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with information Interview - Candidate must be readily available for an in-person / on-site interview. MUST HAVE Senior Producer Level Experience Responsibilities Manage creative workflows, ensuring work is assigned and deadlines are met Represent and protect project requirements throughout the full production lifecycle Keep all projects on track, ensuring accountability across teams and to client goals Create and maintain detailed project documentation and regular status reports Collaborate with legal to draft and manage contracts and budgets for independent artists Demonstrate a strong understanding of localization workflows and requirements Identify scope creep early and proactively address potential risks Conduct quality control to ensure deliverables align with client expectations Translate client feedback into clear, actionable direction for the team Manage internal and external resources effectively to meet deadlines Maintain clear, professional, and consistent communication with clients Requirements 4+ years of experience managing design, motion or digital production-focused projects Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to foster a positive team environment Experience with AV (audio/video) projects is a major plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills An “over-communicator” who’s prepared and detail-oriented Confident leading meetings and presenting to large groups of stakeholders A true team player who’s willing to jump in wherever needed Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and frequent change Quick thinker with strong problem-solving instincts Proficient with Google Workspace and collaborative tools (docs, sheets, slides, etc.) Positive attitude and strong work ethic Experience with Airtable and/or Monday.com is a big plus A love of movies and series is a bonus!
