We are looking for an amazing Fulfillment Specialist to build structure and process in support of our exponential revenue growth rate. The Fulfillment Specialist will assist with the fulfillment of custom and corporate boxes by the fulfillment team. This individual will be responsible for reading and understanding custom ordering sheets and corporate ordering sheets, ensuring that shipments are packed and ready to ship on time, and being accountable to all expectations. Tasks Pick and Pack all custom and corporate orders Understanding subscription model and box types Correctly identifying and labeling packages Fulfilling all shipments on time Count inventory and adjust inventory levels Implementing all operational changes Ensuring safety guidelines are followed Resolving fulfillment problems Stock shelves Clean warehouse Manage inventory levels Manage warehouse supplies Requirements Able to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision Organized and deadline-oriented Flexible, positive attitude, ready to pitch-in and help in a fast-paced environment Fully utilizing the systems, tools, training, and resources provided to maximize potential Implementation of improvement initiatives in areas of processes, quality, productivity & inventory management Ready to dive in and help wherever needed Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to lift over 35 lbs. For more information, visit the company website at https://amprius.com/about/   Summary As a Battery Test Technician, you are responsible for performing tests on batteries to ensure they meet performance standards and requirements. The Battery Test Technician will perform tasks in conditioning and testing Amprius Technologies’ proprietary silicon anode Li-Ion cells.  This is a temporary role with the opportunity to be converted to a regular employee.   Job Responsibilities Perform routine tests on Amprius batteries to evaluate performance, safety, and quality. Utilize tools/equipment such as pneumatic cutter, electric drill, degas machine, and formation machine. Perform PC Board Soldering per specifications and instructions. Load cells into test fixtures, set-up and execute electrical cell tests. Measure cells using mass scale, digital multi-meter, and caliper. Perform visual inspections to identify and evaluate potential defects. Identify and escalate failures or unexpected behaviors to the Engineering Team within defined response time. Monitor and maintain testing equipment and calibrate as needed. Participate in troubleshooting and identifying causes with Engineers and Technicians. Accurate documentation of the data. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives towards better efficiency and safety. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow safety guidelines for handling battery components.   Requirements Proficient in use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Comfortable performing manual tasks requiring precision and manual dexterity. Basic understanding of electrical connections and testing software. Proficient in troubleshooting and problem solving. Follow technical instructions for test procedures precisely and document results accurately. Motivated to new challenges and embrace learning new techniques and refining existing techniques. Autonomous, personable, positive and a good teammate. Organized, detail oriented, and clear written and verbal communication skills.       Education, Certifications, Experience High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Minimum 2 years of experience as an equipment operator or technician in one of the following industries: Semiconductor, solar, battery, electronics, or automotive. Basic computer skills. Physical Demands & Work Location: Fremont, CA: This is an on-site job. Reliable commute or planning to relocate before starting work is required. Be able to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. May be required to stand, sit, squat, bend, kneel, twist, crawl, reach, lift, balance, push, and pull. Adhere to company’s safety protocol and use personal protective equipment (PPE) including, but not limited to, a lab coat, gloves, safety glasses, face mask, respirator and safety shoes.
