Description

Our commissary kitchen in East Cambridge is the heart of our operation. We have no freezers in the entire company, and this fact defines our food. We work with the highest percentage of local and organic food of any restaurant in the Northeast. We receive produce directly from New England farms and turn it into the delicious food we’ve come to be known for. We host weekly food development meetings. We work carefully and quickly. We taste a lot. If you come to work in our kitchen, you’ll get to work with a talented team with long-term experience in the food industry. We produce all our food from scratch and bake bread daily for our restaurants. Kitchen Team Members can start in either the kitchen prepping food or in the bakery producing pita from local grain that's milled in MA. We’re looking for people who share our love of food, find joy through hard work, and lift the spirits of those around them. Some of the Kitchen Team Member Duties will look like...
