Our projects include: Branded content Social/Digital Content Broadcast campaigns  UGC Gaming platform experiences Interactive/Web3 activations (AR, VR, MR, AI) We’re seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Assistant Production Office Coordinator to join our Production team. This hybrid role supports day-to-day office operations and actively contributes to production coordination across a range of creative projects. You’ll float between internal departments and on set projects, assisting with everything from logistics to paperwork to on-the-ground production support. This is a great entry-point for someone ready to roll up their sleeves and grow within a nimble, high-paced studio environment. This position is on-site at Sawhorse Productions Offices in LA Monday-Friday 9:30 am - 7:00pm (with an hour lunch break) Requirements Office Operations Support: Assist with errands, inventory, craft services, and prepping office spaces for client and production use. Expense & Paperwork Tracking: Reconcile credit card statements, track receipts, and assist with deal memos, releases, and onboarding paperwork. Production Assistance: Support pre-production and production logistics across branded and interactive projects. Equipment & Resource Management: Help maintain in-house equipment and coordinate office supply needs. Run Driving & Logistics: Handle local runs, including driving the Sawhorse van for supply pickups and crew transport. Timecards & Payroll Support: Assist with time tracking, production reports, and coordinating crew payment details. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work across departments to ensure project needs are met efficiently and accurately. Production Documentation: Maintain systems for crew paperwork, shoot documentation, and internal production records and calendars. Growth-Oriented Support: Operate as a utility team member ready to jump into any task while learning to move up the production ladder. Qualifications A strong candidate for this position should have the following qualities: Experience: 2+ years of experience coordinating within a production environment (digital, branded, or entertainment); union experience not required. Organization: Proven ability to stay organized and juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable interacting with internal teams and vendors. Software Fluency: Familiarity with Google Workspace, Airtable, Slack, and Microsoft Office. Flexibility: Willingness to adapt, take initiative, and jump into unexpected tasks with a positive attitude. Transportation: Valid driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle for local errands. Schedule: Comfortable with occasional evenings/weekends based on production timelines. Nice To Have’s Entertainment Industry Insight: Exposure to creative agency or studio workflows. Production Ambition: Strong interest in long-term career growth within production.
