The purpose of this RFP is to solicit competitive bids to ensure all needs are executed with the best value. The organization welcomes proposals from full-service vendors able to fulfill all production needs through this application, as well as from specialized vendors focused on individual areas of production through the links below. The Kind Clinic Creative Team will setup shoot dates for each city's clinic locations in coordination with the photographer and staff. Scope of Work Photographer must provide 30 assets per city (90 total) of Kind Clinic buildings and staff. Vendor 3: Video Series Videographer/Video Editor Kind Clinic seeks experienced Videographers and Video Editors to produce episodes of Kind Clinic's series Navigaytion. This is a monthly project requiring both videography and video editing services. Vendors are welcome to apply for either or both services. Navigaytion Episodes Starting in August of 2025, Navigaytion will be shifting to social-focused episodes only and de-prioritizing long-form YouTube episodes. Overtime: May be required during peak production periods, including earlier start times, later end times, and/or weekend work for preventative maintenance. Requirements What You’ll Bring 2+ years of experience as a machine technician or in a similar role. Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills. A working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Must communicate well with others and be able to read technical manuals and diagrams Experience in a print and mail production environment is a major plus. High School Diploma or GED preferred; technical training or certification is a bonus.
