As a Woodworking Technician II, you will cut, shape, and assemble wood pieces. You will set up and operate various industrial woodworking machines, such as power saws, jointers, mortisers, and CNC machines, to surface, cut, shape, and/or fabricate lumber into wood products. Responsibilities Assemble cabinetry components such as cabinet doors and drawer fronts. Operate machinery such as sanding machines, shapers, and saws. Ensure quality control measures are met throughout production. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Assist with inventory management. Collaborate with team members to streamline production processes. Requirements Five years of woodworking or cabinetmaking experience in manufacturing environment is required High school diploma or GED equivalent. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently. Ability to learn and use a variety of woodworking tools and equipment. Excellent time-management and organizational skills. Must be flexible to meet customer’s demands; some overtime may occasionally be required Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time Regular and predictable attendance is required Frequently: Ability to lift 50 – 75 pounds frequently Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls Ability to bend and twist Ability to see details of objects that are less than a few feet away Exposed to temperature fluctuations (hot/cold), noise, dust, and uneven walking surfaces Occasionally: Sees details of objects that are more than a few feet away Use fingers to grasp, move, or assemble very small objects Ability to lift 100-150 pounds occasionally with a two-person lift Benefits Hourly Range: $21.00 - 28.00 /hr Depending on Experience and Capabilities Health, dental, and vision Insurance 4 Day Work Week (Mon-Thu, 6a-4:30p) Paid holidays (upon hire) and paid time off (after 90 days) Company swag

The Sound Operator will be responsible for managing and operating sound equipment to ensure high-quality audio experiences during various events. Responsibilities Set up and operate sound equipment for live events, including microphones, PA systems Collaborate with the Technical Director and event organizers to understand sound requirements and objectives Monitors audio levels throughout event to ensure optimal sound quality Perform sound checks and calibrate audio equipment prior to events Troubleshoot and resolve any audio issues that arise during events Tie-in event FOH or DJ to our audio console and monitor levels throughout the events. Tweak mic EQs, build monitor mixes, and ring out speakers to optimize audio quality and prevent feedback. Maintain and manage sound equipment, including regular inspections and repairs Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in live sound operation. You’ll handle diagnostics, maintenance, and full repairs on brakes, transmissions, rear-ends, clutches, diesel engines, electrical systems, and welding or fabrication work. You’ll remove, fix, reinstall, and adjust parts, inspect your work, and make sure everything meets safety rules and regulations. You’ll also lead the crew, assign tasks, check work, guide on tough repairs, and help train others. You’ll manage parts using TMT, handle after-hours repairs when needed, respond to service calls, and keep maintenance records up to date. You’ll open and close the shop and make sure everything runs smoothly and safely. We’re looking for someone with solid diesel mechanic experience (lead or supervisory experience is a plus), strong mechanical, electrical, and welding skills, and the ability to use diagnostic tools and repair software (TMT a bonus). You need a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred or willing to get one) and the flexibility to work varied hours, including after-hours calls. What You’ll be doing as a Diesel Mechanic: Supervise shift mechanics by assigning tasks, verifying completed work, and assisting with training and disciplinary actions as needed. Authorize and oversee after-hours repairs in alignment with company policies and procedures. Manage parts inventory using TMT, including ordering, receiving, and tracking of parts and supplies. Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and full-service repairs on heavy-duty vehicles and trailers, including work on brakes, transmissions, rear-ends, clutches, diesel engines, electrical systems, and welding/fabrication tasks. Remove, repair, reinstall, and adjust vehicle components; conduct thorough final inspections to ensure all repairs meet federal and state safety regulations. Complete detailed work orders and maintain accurate maintenance and repair records. Respond to on-site service calls and provide support as needed. Collaborate with technicians and provide guidance on complex repairs and troubleshooting. Open and close the maintenance facility, ensuring readiness and security of operations. Diesel Mechanic Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a diesel mechanic; supervisory or lead technician experience preferred. Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair software (experience with TMT a plus). Strong mechanical, electrical, and welding skills. Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
