POSITION SUMMARY As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping thoughtful, user-centered experiences across our platform. You’ll take ownership of projects from discovery through execution, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers to deliver high-quality solutions that balance user needs and business goals. This role is ideal for a seasoned designer who enjoys solving complex problems, thrives in cross-functional teams, and brings craft, curiosity, and strategic thinking to their work, while still being deeply hands-on. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead large, ambiguous design projects, creating elegant design solutions that align with business goals and user needs. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Research to define and solve the right problems. Simplify complexity into clean, user-friendly experiences. Leverage data and user insights to inform, validate, and refine your design decisions. Own end-to-end design, from research and ideation to polished mockups and prototypes. Contribute to the design system and uphold accessibility and usability best practices. Participate in design critiques and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture. Requirements 5+ years of experience in product/UX design, ideally within SaaS or enterprise environments. Proven ability to lead design on a product or feature area and drive outcomes. A portfolio that demonstrates strong interaction and visual design skills, along with a clear design process. Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders. Proficient in modern design tools, especially Figma. Working understanding of front-end development and how design translates into code. Demonstrated interest in mentoring peers and fostering a positive team environment. Bachelor's Degree in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
