Position Summary  The Product Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping patient engagement solutions that improve patient satisfaction, health outcomes, and drive measurable value for health systems. This role is accountable for delivering product strategies that result in accessible and sought after patient engagement experiences.  The Product Manager delivers business value by aligning customer needs with strategic business goals to create products that drive measurable outcomes. By deeply understanding market dynamics, organizational priorities, and regulatory issues the Product Manager identifies high-impact opportunities and translates them into actionable product strategies. Through cross-functional leadership, they ensure that engineering and go-to-market teams are focused on building the right solutions efficiently.
