We are considering gritty & sharp junior product managers through principal product managers with an ideal background for one hire, and the role will shift a bit based on your background and capabilities. You will report to the CEO. Requirements What We’re Looking For Core Requirements 2+ years of SaaS product management experience. Proven track record of shipping 0 -> 1 features that hit a success metric (ARR, retention, NPS, etc.). Fluency in product discovery: interview users, synthesize JTBD, translate into specs & wireframes (Figma, Whimsical, or similar). Working knowledge of Gen-AI stacks (prompt design, RAG, model selection). Ability to partner with engineering on trade-offs between latency, cost, and accuracy in LLM workflows. Ability to measure & analyze our product. Ability to commute to San Francisco office 3-5 days per week. Soft Skills Clear, concise communicator—low words : insights ratio. Ownership mindset: you do what you say and surface risks early. Ability to work well with ambiguity and low amounts of process. Excellent problem solving capabilities. Passion & Dedication Genuine excitement for AI and building category‑defining products. Fantastic work ethic & ability to take on a very demanding role (similar culture to xAI, Amazon, Figure, etc.). Understanding that this will be much more than a 9‑to‑5. The high effort is easy when you love what you do, the company you’re building, and the mission you’re fulfilling. Nice‑to‑Haves Legal or LegalTech experience / understanding of legal workflows (ideally litigation). Deep understanding of generative AI from an engineering perspective. Personal use of AI tooling (Cursor, CoPilot, Midjourney, etc.). Engineering degree. Interview Process (fast!) 30 min culture & logistics screen with Head of Ops Potentially a 30-minute session with a developer 45 minute session with CEO (problem-solving + values) 4-hour take-home sample work exercise (truly capped at 4 hours) / submission of prior work 30 minute session with CTO (culture + technical discussion) We move very quickly for the right candidate. Location San Francisco, CA No relocation budget, but you are welcome to apply if you are willing to move to San Francisco even if you don't already live here. In-office at least 3 days per week.
