This position will bridge the gap between business needs, data capabilities, and technical teams, ensuring data products are valuable, usable, and well-governed. This involves creating product roadmaps, drafting and refining product requirements, analysis, and product development insights. This position is a hybrid role in Denver, CO, requiring four days on-site each week. Qualified candidates must live in the Denver metro area.   Duties & Responsibilities    Drive Seamless Entertainment program forward in a collaborative data-driven fashion   Partner with key stakeholders to understand product requirements  Help ID multiple data requests (aggregate) across company  Aggregate in a consumable fashion for all   Be able to ingest all the data and tell an actionable data product strategy story  Manage priority of the projects (kanban/agile)   Driving action with stakeholders with varying degrees of technical experience  Ensure Data Governance & Data Compliance policies are implemented and enforced  Ensure the reliability, efficiency, and quality of data  Drive adoption, education, and use of dashboards  Requirements Desired Skills and Experience   Minimum 5-7 years direct product planning, product operations and product management experience  Experience in an Agile or Scaled Agile environment is necessary, as well as experience with JIRA or other tools used in Agile project management  Knowledge and understanding of products in a technical capacity, understanding their requirements and related business needs  A sharp strategic mind, grounded in customer needs and data-driven insights  A track record of managing successful data-rich or analytics-driven products  An analytical mindset and the ability to turn ambiguity into clear, actionable plans  Experience aligning diverse stakeholders (ranging from highly technical engineers to Product Managers to Marketers to Executives) and driving collaboration across teams  Comfort navigating complex requirements and distilling them into simple, elegant solutions  Proven results of taking initiative of complex situations  Proven ability to build and scale data or analytics products that solve real user problems     Qualifications/Technical Skill Requirements   Ability to extract data via Tableau & Microstratey (PowerBI) and analyzing to build a data driven story  Experience with SQL is preferred  Excellent knowledge of MS Office products, especially PowerPoint for reporting and executing slide presentations  Experience with MS Project and JIRA are helpful  Industry experience in digital video products   Familiarity working with cross functional teams is necessary  Experience managing numerous product lines and providing updates and insights to stakeholders at a variety of levels in a large enterprise organization    Education/Certifications  Bachelor’s degree in Business or other quantitative field   PMP certification is helpful  Consulting background is helpful  Compensation For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This role is a 6+ month contract has an hourly rate range of $70 - $85. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
