Responsibilities Manage the entrance and exit of vehicles to the RV park. Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival. Ensure that all guests are processed efficiently at check-in and check-out. Monitor park access to ensure only registered guests enter the premises. Enforce park rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment for all guests. Assist visitors with inquiries regarding the park's amenities and local attractions. Maintain accurate records of vehicle entry and exit for security purposes. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in customer service roles is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
