The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and possess extensive experience in managing sprinkler system projects from conception to completion, ensuring all aspects are meticulously handled. This involves coordinating with subcontractors, tracking project timelines, and managing budgets. Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of sprinkler projects. Work closely with general contractors and clients to ensure all schedules are met. Examine all design documents thoroughly before fabrication begins. Approve and verify submittals for compliance with engineering standards and project requirements. Ensure the permitting process is carried out with local authorities having jurisdiction. Participate in project meetings, perform job site visits, and conduct site surveys as needed. Monitor project financials and identify potential cost savings.
