Are you a pleasant team player? Are you intrigued? Then we want to meet you! We are looking for a leader to manage 40 gardens, clients, and a small maintenance crew. Someone with deep plant knowledge, who can identify the needs of a garden and communicate those needs to both clients and crew members. And someone who would be interested in helping us grow the department. Day to day, you will find yourself: Meeting with the crews each morning to organize their day and any coordination that needs to happen with clients. Regular site visits to all of our gardens Organizing and scheduling crew routes and extra work.
