I have an additional ad for this same space listed as $600/month, but that rate is for a commuter who is only in the space during the week. I am open to either option. $200 deposit refundable with two weeks' notice and space left in move in condition. Accommodations: *Private Entrance *Private space with an interior door that separates my side of the house from this space so you will have TONS of privacy. *Fully furnished living room/kitchenette, bedroom, hall, and bathroom. Shared laundry area. *Bathroom is completely private except for my once daily access to shower while you are at work or out. I will coordinate with you in order to not infringe on your privacy. I only use the shower. I have a half bath on my side of the house. You will NEVER see me! *The furnishings and appliances pictured are included in the rental: Refrigerator, Microwave, Toaster Oven, Hot Plate, Electric Water Kettle, and Keurig Coffee Maker. *Dishes and Silverware provided. *There is not a sink in either of these rooms, only in the bathroom. *Space is ideal for someone who does quick meals, sandwiches, frozen meals, carry out etc. *All Utilites included *Wi-Fi included *Firestar TV's with Prime TV included in both rooms.
