$900 / 4br - 100ft2 - Room in friendly 4BR near Davis and Green Line (Davis Square - Ball Square - Tufts)

I'm leaving town for a few months so my room is available to sublet starting October 15th. The start and end date are flexible. THE ROOM: Rent is $900 per month and includes all utilities. THE HOUSE: The unit is on the upper floors of a two family with the owner living downstairs. We're very close to Ball Square and the Tufts campus. It's a 3 minute walk to the Tufts stop on the Green Line, 15 minutes to the Davis stop on the Red Line, and 5 minutes to a bus that takes you to Harvard Square. There are four different supermarkets each about a mile away, and several convenience stores within a few minutes' walk. Common spaces (all furnished) include: huge living room with a piano and projector dining room and eat-in kitchen sunroom/closed porch that doubles as a guest room spacious yard with a fire pit and gas grill basement with bike rack and free washer/dryer THE PEOPLE: You'd be sharing the space with two male roommates and one female, Andrew, János, and Sandra. We're all in our thirties and work full time. We're fairly friendly and communal around the house - no daily drum circles or kombucha brewing seminars but hopefully we enjoy each other's company enough to look forward to coming home and catching up with whoever's around, and cook a meal together or hang out outside the house occasionally. We tend to work well with people who are respectful but assertive about communicating when we're not meeting each other's expectations, and try to do the same.
