The property is owned and operated by Faith Christian Community (FCC). The facility, known as the ARC, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. It was designed for the purpose of outreach to the Anchorage community. The intention has been to provide a healthy environment for recreational activities and community events. The Arc is located on 16.54 acres (720,482+/- s/f.) with 614 +/- feet fronting Arctic Boulevard on the west and 226+/- feet of frontage along Business Park Boulevard to the east.
