Wood Shop private bench spaces, 2 spaces are available, in shared woodworking furniture making shop: each are $550/month plus shared expenses (about $5-35 per month) with one year renewable lease. Each Private Bench areas are each 300 square feet within a large 6,000 sq ft cooperative style shared woodworking shop. One person per space. Rent includes use of whole shop and equipment, private bench space, heat and electricity plus additional storage spaces for personal lumber, plywood, finishes, and veneer. Open 24hrs/7 days/wk. Shared expenses are divided by the total number of renters. Shared expenses are the consumed common supplies (i.e. blade sharpening, tool coatings and lubricants, band saw blades, sanding belts, cleaning supplies etc). Maintenance and cleanup duties are about an hour or two per person per week. The shop is for woodworking.
