$500 / 2br - Looking for roommate (Albany)

Hey I’m a black male looking for a roommate to team up with. Nice apartment, and office space. Just have $500 a month. The rest is smooth sailing. The lease ends in April 2026. If things are going good we can renew and keep it up, or downsize..or just separate.
