The Eugene artist Cooperative is not really a true cooperative but a commercial studio owned by a single artist. He opens his studio to the public which includes 14 private studios for rent, the main studio for classes, and a wonderful wood and metal shop. We hope we are a cooperative in spirit. Studios for rent: Studio C, our premier art studio, is currently available. It is just under 150 ft.² it is $475 a month. It has wall-to-wall windows, fresh paint, 230 V hookup, a commercial ventilating fan and a fresh floor coating. This studio is rarely available! Studio D1 and D2 are currently available; it is 96 ft.² and has one openable window, and it is $310. We also have space available in the main parts of the building for your work or to teach classes. First, we are looking for someone who wants to trade access to the main studio, shop, and office space for help with landscaping. There's never been a better time to join the co-op! The co-op consists of 13 private studios with windows. Renting a private studio grants you access to our 500 sq ft main studio, 500 sq ft wood and metal shop, and 400 sq ft outdoor studio. There is also a 300 sq ft office containing a wax sculpting station and sewing station. Renting allows you to teach classes in the main studio and shop. We've hosted a diverse range of members, including: graphic artists, multimedia artists, web designers, metallurgists, craftspeople, musicians, sculptors, special effects artists, computer techs, painters, jewelers, event designers, florists, woodworkers, metal fabricators, office professionals, cartoonists, seamstress, textile artists, recording studios, art teachers, writers, glassblowers, blacksmiths, photographers, videographers, and music instructors. Located in Eugene's West End industrial park, our 6500 sq ft facility has low ceilings for easy heating. There is ample free parking, and members can share private studios between two people. All utilities are included within limitations. We provide high-speed WiFi. Renting even a small 79 sq ft private studio grants you access to over 1,800 sq ft of common areas, maximizing value.
