This cute two-story house has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs, and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom downstairs. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom make this house suitable for guests with some mobility issues, as long as they can make it up the 4 porch steps. The living area is open plan with the kitchen, dining room, and living room part of one communal space so everyone is in on the action. You will enjoy our flat-screen high-definition TV with Netflix, Youtube, Amazon Prime, and many other streaming channels. That, along with the hutch full of books, DVDs, games and free wi-fi will keep everyone entertained. As of Nov 2017 we have switched to a higher speed internet plan with a new internet service provider. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cookware, an electric stove and dishwasher. As a courtesy to guests, we provide coffee and tea makings, and an initial starting pack of paper products and cleaning supplies. The house sits on a half-acre lot with a forest in the back, yet is extremely centrally located -- just 1 mile to downtown Montpelier, just off the interstate highway. The upstairs bedrooms can get hot on the hottest days of summer, for guest comfort we have recently purchased a portable Air Conditioner for the master bedroom upstairs. Property Manager lives next door, so she is available almost any time to answer questions, but for your convenience we use a lock box for keys so you can check in at your leisure anytime after 3:00 on check-in day.
