Willing to discount the weekly or monthly rent in exchange for help around the house, inside and outside. Option to be a complete live in with your own private bedroom and bathroom. Both are furnished. No men please. Block built home, four bedroom / 2 bath. Not a trailer or prefab. Full use of home, kitchen laundry room etc. Backup generator runs entire home, less the central A/C should a storm knock the power out. Better to have everything in the home operate including the well pump, stove, refrigerator, all the lights and fans, coffee maker etc., but be a bit warmer during the brief period of time that the power is out. Preference for a tenant is a professional woman with or without children, or college students. Absolutely must have your own vehicle/transportation to live here.
