The kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining with a chef’s oven, wide counters, dishwasher, wine cooler, and a large island that seats 8. Double glass doors open onto the outdoor patio seating and grill area. This floor also has a full bathroom. Second level: King-bedded Master bedroom with Juliet balcony overlooking the tennis courts and the backyard of the house. This bedroom has a fireplace that is shared with its spacious en-suite bathroom with shower and separate soaking bathtub. Large walk-in closet. Fireplaces are only in use for winter rentals. Also on the second level, guest bedroom is in the front of the house with its own private sitting balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a shower. It has a Queen size bed. Large closet space. Third level: Second Master Bedroom has a Queen bed with en-suite bathroom. This floor opens onto a deck with the hot tub and the spiral stair access up to the widow’s walk deck on the roof of the house with 360 degree views of the woodlands and ocean. There is a sofa bed for children in your party which would allow for 6 adults and 2 children. The sofa bed is not for adult use. 6 adults maximum. A washer and dryer is available for guest use. The house is furnished with bath towels as well as beach towels and beach chairs. Well behaved pets with responsible owners will be considered. Additional pet fees will apply. We would ask you to keep pets off of the furniture, and if that is not possible to bring dog blankets from home to protect our furniture. Pets coming back from the beach will need the sand rinsed out of their coats, an outdoor hose is provided. We can provide dog towels upon request.
