I'm taking inquiries for my furnished large bedroom with queen bed, HDTV, small dresser with private bath in my unique safe home on a quite cul-de-sac street for one non-smoking sober responsible working person with no pets. This rental is ideal for someone who works at Dasher/Triumph, construction or service sector. Length of lease T.B.D. during initial interview. Rental includes use of internet & washer/dryer per lease. Off street private parking for one non commercial properly registered & insured vehicle is also included. $200 weekly plus 1 week security. ( $400) needed prior to move in ) *** To qualify for this rental, you must be responsible and have a FULL TIME OUT OF HOME DAY JOB & a valid Florida drivers license, properly registered vehicle.
