Home furnishings are in a mid century modern style and feature vintage rugs, linens, etc. The home stays cool on hot days and is generally cooler than the outside. Without traffic it’s regularly a ~12 minute drive to Berkeley, ~20 mins to Oakland, or ~30 mins to sf (though ~45 mins into the city in rush hour). Good for 1-2 people and set up for comfortable working from home. Take advantage of the deck to take calls in the sunshine or stretch out with coffee.
