Hello! I'm looking to sublet my master bedroom in a 2 bed, 2.5 bath apartment with parking for ~1 month (5 weeks) from October 19th to November 22nd. This third-floor apartment is complete with modern-day essentials (dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer), lots of natural light, and a private rooftop patio, equipped with a grill & nice views of San Francisco. The parking is on the ground floor and is size limited to fit only sedans, it also supports EV charging. COSTS: Sublet: $2600 Security Deposit (refundable) : $1300 Application/background check fee (non-refundable): $55 ROOMATE: My roommate is a guy in his late twenties and works as a software engineer in the South Bay.
