I travel a lot for work and travel for family responsibilities out of state so I'm looking for someone who also travels a lot and may want to go back and forth and rent repeatedly over the year. I’ll be gone October 18-Nov 2 and again Dec 23-Jan 2 (possibly longer). In general, my travel schedule is very flexible if I have advance notice. The apartment is massive and the bedroom has a big closet. The place is fully furnished (couch, TV, dining table, desks, appliances, etc.) and the room has a queen-size bed, dresser, and bookshelf. It's a newly renovated apartment on the ground floor of a building with an elevator and roof access (great view of Brooklyn and Manhattan!) The bedroom window doesn't get a ton of light but the kitchen and living room area get good light. The apartment is extremely quiet and private. It's ground floor but set back from the street and next to private parking lots so you don't get people walking by looking in or making noise. I've lived here for 7 years and absolutely love it. All utilities (gas, electric, Internet, cable, etc.) are $200/month.
