This Clinton-area horse farm lies a few miles south from the town, and is directly on the Raritan river. The apartment is comprised of the second floor of one of the houses on the property (with limited additional storage space in the attic). The apartment is fully furnished, includes a living room, bedroom, study room, music room with Steinway grand piano, kitchen and bathroom (the study could be made into a second bedroom, but there is currently only one Queen-sized bed in the apartment). There is a private outdoor eating area, as well as a picnic table along the river, and many lovely places to walk along the river. Round Valley Recreation Area is only a few miles away (in the last photo). There is a laundry room on the farm which you can use. The rent includes all utilities except any heating oil you add to the furnace, and I could buy back at current rates any extra oil left at the end of your stay. There is some flexibility on the time period on my end, which can be discussed.
