Gorgeous and spacious one bedroom apartment in a very nice Clinton Hill building. I will be away October 3 evening until October 18 evening. My cat will be here and has a lot of love to give you, if you are a cat person. Dates are non-negotiable. There is a large living dining room combined, I generally work from the dining table. Pretty (recently renovated) kitchen with all the cooking supplies you would need. King bed with linen sheets, bedroom is large and filled with light. Pre-war bathroom with big tub. The building has a courtyard garden, and is very close to the C and G trains, making it easy to get to Manhattan. It’s a short walk to Fort Greene Park, and Prospect Park. Lots of incredible restaurants and wine bars very near. Really this area is a 10/10 for bakeries if that’s your thing! The cat that lives here is friendly and social. She has an automatic feeder and is rather low maintenance. Just let her sit near you when you’re home. Asking $1500 for the two weeks.
