September is a wonderful time to spend a week on Lake George in the Adirondacks. It is very peaceful and relaxing. The air is crisp and the leaves are beginning to turn color. We have two cabins for rent on the shores of Lake George near the historic town of Ticonderoga. We have a 50 foot dock with a platform and benches at the end for swimming, boating, fishing or just laying in the sun . The steps at the end of the dock make it easy to get in and out of the water. Bring your motor boat, canoe, jet ski or kayak. A free public boat launch is10 minutes away. Located in the town of Ticonderoga our cabins are centrally located to many of the area's attractions including Lake George Village, Vermont and the Green Mountains, and the natural beauty of the Adirondack Park. Hiking trails are nearby and you can even climb the mountain behind our cabins. We rent our cabins on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. The rental fee is normally $1100 per week for Frank's Place and $1200 per week for Sherwood. However, since we still have a few weeks left in September we are offering a $200 discount per week for the following weeks. Sept. 6 - 13 Sept. 13 - 20 Sept. 20 - 27 Sherwood would be $1000 for a week and Frank’s Place would be $900 for a week. There is a fire ring, picnic tables, gas grill and everything you need to have a wonderful vacation this September.
