Used for one summer. Don't need it anymore. Was $700 new. Comes with a remote, and you can download the app and control it from your phone. Worked great for me, I could watch the temp inside my apartment while at work and if I saw it getting too warm I could run the AC to make it cooler for my dog. Or I could turn it on High and drop the temp when I was getting ready to head home from work or out running errands and the apartment would be nice and cool by the time I arrived.
