Description: We are a busy custom apparel shop specializing in screen printing, embroidery, and vinyl work. We are looking for a skilled and dependable production technician with experience in screen printing, embroidery, and vinyl work. Responsibilities: • Assist with screen printing setup, production, and cleanup • Help with embroidery prep and finishing • Work with vinyl cutting, weeding, and heat press application • General shop support (organizing, packing, light cleaning) Requirements: •Experience with screen printing, embroidery, or vinyl work preferred (we can train the right person) •Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment •Attention to detail and willingness to learn •Must be dependable and punctual Schedule & Pay: • Part-time or full-time options available • Flexible hours, Monday–Friday • Pay based on experience.
