Do you have a strong work ethic and the drive to learn? Stodtmeister Iron in Sparks, NV is looking for a Level 1 Fabricator (Entry-Level) to join our team. This is a hands-on role in our custom fabrication shop where you’ll learn real trade skills, grow your career, and be part of a crew that takes pride in every project. What You’ll Do: Train directly with experienced fabricators Measure, cut, and assemble steel parts Welding/Fabrication Operate grinders, saws, and other shop equipment Assist with layout, positioning, and assembly of parts Follow safety standards and keep a clean, organized work area What We’re Looking For: Strong work ethic and reliability — show up ready to learn Willingness to take direction and grow your skills Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a shop environment Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, measuring) Previous shop or construction experience is a plus, but not required OSHA 10 and forklift certification a bonus (can be obtained on the job) At Stodtmeister Iron, we’re more than builders — we’re problem-solvers and creators.
