Job Description: We are hiring a Quality Control Technician to ensure concrete quality and support plant operations. Responsibilities: Test raw materials and finished products for quality. Assist operators with batching and production. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Requirements: Experience in concrete QC or materials testing preferred. Familiarity with ASTM, ACI standards is a plus. Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a physical environment.

We are seeking a Shop Foreman with 10+ years of experience in architectural millwork or high-end fabrication to oversee daily production on our shop floor. This role is pivotal in connecting our design/engineering team with our skilled makers, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -Lead and manage shop staff, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring progress. -Oversee production schedules, ensuring projects meet deadlines and budget requirements. -Maintain strict quality control standards on all fabricated components before delivery/installation. -Troubleshoot technical and workflow issues, collaborating with engineering and PM teams. -Ensure best fabricating practices, machine maintenance, and set safety guidelines. -Coordinate with operating manager, project managers, drafters, and CNC operators to align shop output with design intent. -Train, mentor, and evaluate junior staff to strengthen the team’s skills and efficiency. PPS is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic for our shop in Sumner, WA. The mechanic will be responsible for the maintenance, inspection, diagnosis, and repair of heavy equipment machinery and components, primarily in a shop setting. This is a full-time, permanent, direct hire role with excellent benefits and a high ceiling for growth!
