The roles of Quality Control Technician include, but are not limited to: • Perform chemical and physical testing on raw materials, in-process and finished products to determine adherence to prescribed specifications. • Record test results and demonstrate good documentation practices (GDP) and adhere to good manufacturing practices (GMP) and good laboratory practices (GLP). • Perform the batch record review per instructions for accuracy and adherence to GDP. • Create and report certificate of analysis. • Perform, record, trend daily/periodic QC checks/data to ensure accuracy and reproducibility of data being reported. • Evaluate the quality of data generated and adherence to procedures and practices. • Record, investigate, and report non-conforming results (OOS) to supervisor in a timely manner. • Report any deviations from procedures and normal practices to manager. • Prepare and standardize laboratory reagents/samples according to procedures. • Ensure all lab glassware is clean, and all equipment is calibrated prior to use. • Keep work area and equipment safe, clean and in good working order. • Attend any recommended training requested by the manager. • Perform other duties as agreed upon by both parties within the scope of the Quality Control Technician role. Pay $22.00-24.00 an hour Schedule: 7am to 3:30pm
