We are seeking a skilled, full-time Millwork Finisher with hands-on experience operating industrial finishing equipment and preparing materials for a range of custom wood products. Responsibilities: Sanding, buffing, polishing, and toning using industrial finishing machines and tools. Preparing surfaces for finishes including primer, paint, stains, and clear coats. Conducting quality inspections and performing necessary touch-ups to meet finish standards. Collaborating with production team members to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Adhering to job specifications and finish standards for each project. Experience with paint spraying techniques and knowledge of color mixing machines. Experience with the Cefla spray machine and drying oven is a plus. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions. Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. Good communication skills and a team-first attitude. Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred, however, full training will be provided Must be knowledgeable in basic math Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Must be a self-starter with good interpersonal and verbal communication skills coupled with an eagerness to learn Good team player including with a demonstrated ability to chip in to and foster a positive team environment Working knowledge of Health and Safety practices is helpful. After training, should exhibit an understanding of various types and sizes of pipes.
