GSRx is hiring Optical Lab Production members to join our team. The position will assist the lab team primarily in bench/mounting and other daily production operations to ensure quality standards are met. This position is full-time, days, on-site at our lab in Scottsdale. Applicants must have a reliable way to commute to work. Job duties & requirements: Mount lenses into frames with precision, ensuring proper alignment and fit. Verify completed jobs for accuracy, quality, and compliance with optical standards. Handle a variety of frame types (metal, plastic, rimless, drill-mounts) with care and expertise. Make necessary adjustments or repairs to ensure proper fit and finish. Maintain a clean and organized workbench, tools, and equipment. Meet daily production goals while adhering to strict quality control standards. Collaborate with lab team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely job completion. Cross train to assist in other areas of pre-production, production, and shipping as necessary. Qualifications: Previous optical lab or finishing experience preferred. Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy. Schedule 1st shift 5:00 am to 3:40 pm Position Summary As a Compression Operator, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and high-quality manufacturing of solid dose products. Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for compression and encapsulation machines, you'll play a vital role in monitoring product quality and maintaining accurate records. Collaboration with Quality Assurance and other production team members is essential to uphold the highest standards.
