Job Responsibilities Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular checks on pump oil levels to ensure they are maintained within parameter, schedule maintenance if needed. Execute filter changes in accordance with predetermined schedules, ensuring proper air and fluid filtration throughout the facility. Perform proactive maintenance inspections to identify and address potential issues, ensuring that preventative measures are taken to minimize disruptions. Perform other maintenance activities on equipment and facilities as needed. Repairs and Troubleshooting: Swiftly respond to equipment breakdowns, efficiently troubleshoot problems, and perform necessary repairs to minimize operational downtime. Equipment Management: Establish and maintain an organized system for spare equipment, tools, and supplies, ensuring easy accessibility and an efficient workflow. Safety Compliance: Safely lift and maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds, facilitating equipment installation, demolition, relocation, and maintenance tasks. Adhere unwaveringly to safety protocols and maintain a clean and orderly work environment that adheres to company policies and regulations. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of maintenance supplies, replacement parts, and consumables, ensuring optimal availability for ongoing operations. Other Duties: Maintain records of maintenance activities, accurately documenting tasks performed, and replacement parts utilized. Ensure the facility premises are kept in safe and clean condition. Provide assistance to employees with minor repairs and requests. Requirements Education and Experience High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Perform line inspections and raw material verifications prior to production beginning after a changeover or at the start of production for the week. Constantly inspect product as it is being produced to ensure it meets the benchmark standard and customer expectations and stop production immediately if out of tolerance deviation occurs. Verify all on line inspection sheets and production documents prior to and during production. Sign off on all changeover check sheets as quickly as possible to verify all details are correct or to minimize the amount of product to be put on hold. Place all out of specification products and/or raw materials on hold using an orange QC Hold tag. Conduct and report daily GMP audits and corrective measures on designated shift. Perform a walkthrough with the shift supervisor at least once per week. Assist in maintaining retained production samples for each product produced. As needed, assist with training of new employees and refresher training of existing employees in GMP, HACCP and other certifications as needed. As needed, assist with customer complaints investigations. As needed, assist with sample preparation and shipping. As needed, assist in keeping Process Sheets up to date with production notes and speeds. As needed, assist with required Quality Assurance reports. As needed, conduct taste tests to ensure production run matches previous runs/samples. As needed, assist with R/D tasks and production sample runs/trials and report. Your will be working inside newly built extravagant homes in luxurious Phoenix area communities. We design, manufacture, and install premium Euro-Style cabinetry and wood millwork products (see pics). This position is the most important step in our process - the highly professional installation of our custom cabinetry and wood millwork. Advanced technology is used whenever possible. This includes self leveling Visi-Lasers, 3D-Printed scribe tools, advanced plinth leveling systems, magnetic kicks, lifting jacks, and so on. You are provided a WiFi/Cell Tablet to access company drawings, job details, punch items, and so on. Qualified techs are often provided a high roof van as a company vehicle. Because of the size of these homes, work is done one room at a time. The products are protective wrapped and delivered right to the room (see pics).
